Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied, or perhaps need help with the right size, you are welcome to contact us at any time info@cosyroots.de contact us and we will help you immediately.
Returns are possible without any problems within 14 days. The items must of course be unworn and unwashed and must not show any signs of wear. We can only exchange the shoes if we get them back in the original cotton bag. Please note that sets can only be exchanged as complete sets and not individual items from the sets. In addition, please make sure that the gift boxes do not show any signs of wear, otherwise we will have to charge you a processing fee of €3.50 for the box. Unfortunately, we cannot bear the costs for the return.
This is how easy it is to send your items back to us:
  1. Pack all items you wish to return carefully. Please return your items in unused original condition in the original packaging.
  2. Fill out the cancellation form and enclose it in the package. Please include your full name and order number. Here you come directly to the cancellation form , alternatively you can also find it in your order confirmation.
  3. Send the package back to our warehouse, remembering to ask the post office for the receipt and tracking number.
